Here’s what you’ll learn:

Aetna CVS Exit: Aetna CVS will be leaving the ACA market after December 31, 2025. Karen provides tips on how to identify and proactively support affected clients during the transition.
New HealthSherpa Features: A new “Skip to End” button has been added for quicker income updates, saving time for both agents and clients.
SEP Verification Rules: As of May 16, SEP enrollments now require documentation, and Karen breaks down what qualifies and how to handle DMI vs. SVI flags in HealthSherpa.
Proposed 2026 ACA Changes: Karen outlines potential updates—such as the expiration of enhanced subsidies, the removal of the 150% FPL SEP, a possible $5 minimum monthly premium, and a shortened Open Enrollment window (Nov 1–Dec 15). These are still under review but could significantly affect your strategy going forward.
Tax Reconciliation: Consumers will now have just one year to reconcile APTC eligibility on their taxes. Failure to do so could result in the loss of subsidies and cost-sharing reductions.
Contracting Updates: Oscar’s transfer blackout is ending on June 1. Contracting emails contain all necessary steps—be sure to read them carefully to avoid delays.
